We sent clear pictures of what work needed to be done, as well as the supplies we bought to carry out the work. Come to learn, the work wasn’t carried out as promised and then we were yelled at when we asked questions. Furthermore, they tried to take the new/never used materials without our permission. As soon as we mentioned this, we were shocked at the behaviour of how they responded - the yelling and blaming. We were then told to pay a reduced price our issue wasn’t with the price-it was with the lyin”

Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied, we’re known for our exceptional services. As you can see, you are our only negative review. Once I arrived at your property, as with all clients, I put on overshoes and covered all the surfaces to ensure they wouldn’t get dirty or damaged. We ensure that we clean-up after ourselves; leaving properties better than how we find them. I assume you are unhappy that I didn’t replace the outdoor grill after I had replaced your indoor extractor, reasons being; it was perfectly functioning, it’s not the custom and it would’ve required two people and a ladder, thus, a higher quote. Whilst I replaced your tap, I identified a leak in your kitchen waste that you were unaware of (I have the pictures), you highly praised me for this. The faulty and supplies you would never use, I proceeded to dispose of. You offered to pay me £50 for all this service, which I’d charged a fair £100. I take negative feedback seriously and I work hard every day to deliver an excellent standard of service to all clients. I’m willing to rectify this privately and refund you if that will make you happy.
