The office appears disorganised; although quoting 'phone answered 24/7', unable to contact the company on the weekend - 'busy with other customers message', but received 'in a queue message' on Monday. Given appointment time; not kept, chased - told plumber on 'emergency call-out'; when plumber eventually arrived, told he had not received any communication regarding the problem and was not on an emergency call.”
