“Doors were trimmed to size well and fit frame very well, and any cuts on frame were neat and tidy. Gave good advice about needing to get doors varnished to preserve doors. Some communication problems where some wrong parts ordered, possibly due to lots of e-mails so 'lost in communication'. Some screws over tightened, causing screw to be damaged, meaning difficulty to unscrew. Arch was built to a good standard and advice given about best ways to do it. In summary Chris does seem to have high standards of workmanship but just would have liked communication to have been more reliable.”

Response from Woodys Maintenance:
I have had a bad experience with this customer I found his attitude towards me very childish and annoying. After advising the customer it’s better for him to get the furniture for the doors and after pointing out the type required and the part numbers as he was getting the handles arranged so made sense for one person to sort this out. I ended up buying them and the bathroom handles that were purchased by this customer were the lock type and not bathroom handles. I questioned why he bought them his response was the handles were on offer and didn’t have bathroom type in stock. Also he assumed in his mind I knew bathroom lock meant keyed lock I told him clearly bathroom means bathroom etc.
