“Took several attempts to get him back despite saying my alarm was not working. Failed to turn up on the agreed date, when I chased up told by Sunny that no one was in, which was incorrect. Told him have cctv proving they didn’t turn up. Sunny came the following week only after id report to Checkatrade and carried out the annual service and replaced batteries. 10 days later the alarm started playing up again, contacted Sunny numerous times, he failed to call back after saying would do so, was very unhelpful, left me vulnerable for weeks. Very poor service and equipment failure so soon?? Beware.”

I would like to say, we came out to customers house twice. first time we fitted the alarm system it was all working fine. and the second time after 2 years. The alarm needed a sevice.ie battery change due to it was a wireless alarm. We charge for a battery Change as a company. The customor wanted a free service after 2 years of using the alarm. Not sure why we got a negtive feedback.
