CommGas Maintenance aim to provide our loyal customers with all aspects of gas, heating, mechanical and electrical services. Over the years we have built a small yet efficient team of engineers. We have some clients who just use us for their annual gas servicing, and others who use us for a complete facilities management package. 
 
All our engineers are qualified and certificated in their field, specifically our gas engineers who are domestically and commercially qualified.
 
As well as covering all aspects of domestic gas, heating and plumbing, we consider ourselves to be very much a commercial specialist and are members of relevant governing bodies including Gas safe and CHAS accreditation.

We also like to offer full service and maintenance contracts to our commercial clients, which come with the following benefits.  

  • Annual servicing and maintenance of all appliances
  • Full annual safety inspection checks and certifications 
  • Priority response for all break downs/call outs (we aim to attend all call outs within 24hours)
  • Reduced labour rates 
  • Annual reminder and renewal service
  • All work will be supported with an engineer’s report, outlining the works undertaken.
  • 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency service for the plant and equipment we maintain.
  • All manufacturers’ plant, equipment and product information will be logged on to our Software

Database to ensure that if parts fail, they are sourced quickly and efficiently.
