2Verified ReviewFirstly the trader asked to pay in advance for the visit which I did securing time slot 1pm-5pm. I was surprised with that approach as this is the first time I paid a plumber in advance. Nobody showed up on time and I got a call after I sent a email. The engineer came the next morning. The result is funny - he spent 1h that I paid and then they tried to charge extra gbp60 for extra time. I pushed back as the guys spent 25 min talking in the phone in my driveway after exiting the house. All his recommendations were completely useless from only one that I picked up myself - broken pump timer.
