Installing a CCTV system plus some electrical work to make it possible.
10Verified ReviewI previously had a CCTV system installed on my house which I had problems with after a while. I couldn't access it on my phone. No fault of 1st Choice. After a year I asked them to help me with this problem. I live in a village that hasn't the best internet connection, they found a cure and repaired it. They were professional, speedy and expert as well as reassuring me I can contact them if the issue happens again. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to feel safe and secure in their home. I've used them professionally and domestically for 20 years and always been happy with the results.

7.75Verified ReviewVery professional and efficient. Problem is with the app on my phone doesn't stay online. About a year after installed it went permanently off line. I contacted them and they helped me, it worked. Then it went off line again and I emailed them, no reply. Not like them, so I phoned and wasn't able to talk to an installer, don't know why. Followed advice given and it worked but then went wrong again so phoned back, no reply, left voicemail, still no response. I dealt with them through work for years and always been happy, but I'm not happy with the lack of good customer service now.
