  Nicky took the trouble to ring me up and gave me advice that enabled me to fix the door myself. There was no gain for him but because of Nicky the door is now fine and fully secure. On a previous visit he did extras jobs "while he was here" at no charge. Also replaced some double glazing units at a competitive cost, work was excellent.

• Window Lock after hours

  Called to get advice as kitchen window locking mechanism failed late afternoon. Very helpful, was in the area and offered to assess. Arrived quickly and was able to do a successful fix very grateful and very relieved. Have asked for another job to be done. Highly recommended, lives locally, friendly, pleasant and very reasonable.
