Remove chimney
John and his crew did a first class job,rate for the job very good, I will use John again if I need anything to do with roofing. Helpful and tidy
Fix gutter at front of house. Additional work taken on to re-felt the summer house, and other work
Niw rsin gas started its clear the gutter st the front was incorrectly fixed as it continues to leak. The work to refelt the summer house has failed, there is water running down the inside of the roof. The work looks shoddy, there was a lot of mess left, the contractor is not answering calls or texts
Fascia boards and guttering replaced
They were sent photos of the house. Then said they had brought the wrong size fascias and needed larger ones which so couldn't do the barge boards which they originally agreed to do - I appreciate these things happen on the day although showed inexperience to not measure first. After they left there was string left tied on the guttering at the front and the guttering at the back was dripping. They came out to repair but still dripped. When I booked, they said they could email a guarantee. I have asked on 12 separate occasions for the guarantee document to be emailed and still no guarantee.
Remove and renew soffits and gutting
100% no messing chap he rang us and called around to quote the job. He told us what needed doing and gave a good price. He gave us choice of days and times he could do the job the men arrived and started work on time and on the day arranged. They were very good not to damage any of the plants in the garden as asked. They removed all the old timber and cleaned around were the new plastic was to be fitted. The new was fitted and gutter line set up. I was asked if I was happy as to the backing for the gutter it was of a high standard. On finishing off they cleaned and remove any trace mess.
Roof repair - ridge tiles
John quoted me over the phone to reseat a ridge tile, however when he arrived he noticed some other issues. We went through them and he quoted me there and then to carry out all work the same day. He was very good at communicating what was being done and why. Everything was completed well. Overall I was very pleased with the service John and his team provided and I would not hesitate to contact him again for any roofing needs.
New Facia boards and guttering front and back.
From contact and giving me a quotation, the company were very professional and helpful. When they arrived to do the work, very nice guys, worked quickly and neatly and kept me up to date with progress. Would definitely recommend this company.
