  I reached out to Shane after he had done some roofing work to my fathers property as my roof also needed looking at. Shane and his colleagues were very friendly and professional. Very quick to quote too. Loved that they got to the job very early as it also freed me up for the rest of the day. Shane went through all the work that was done and showed me close up photos of the work as well. Will be using 1st Stop Roofing again.

• Fixing bad workmanship

  Shane visited our home within 30 minutes of the initial call. He was very professional, personable and genuine. We had a leak due to bad workmanship that we'd had done last winter, Shane had taken photos and pointed out the problems and gave us a no obligation quote and he didn't pressure us into booking with him. However, due to how professional he is, we booked him straight away. The work was completely in a very timely manner, he was very neat and showed all the before and after photos to give us peace of mind. Id highly recommend using Shane to anyone who needs any roofing done.
