Garage converted to playroom
The team at 21st century are excellent - reliable, friendly and professional. We are so pleased with the quality of the work completed, even down to the smaller details like boxing in pipes, or cupboard doors. They’ve done a really good job.
Rear Extension
It was a pleasure to work with 21st Century on our rear extension project, we cannot fault Thomas and Clay who dealt with any issues in a professional and prompt way. We love our new extension and will definitely be using them again for our next project!
Knocking down structural wall between dining and living room + carpentry + decoration
The 21st Century Build team are great! They did such a good job knocking down our structural wall between the dining and living room of our 1930's home. Plus, building alcove shelfs and cupboards, new hallway cupboard and painting the whole house. We've never owned a house before nor done any work like this before so we were pretty nervous, but the team were so friendly, kind, reliable and flexible. I think we actually missed them when they finished everything! Just make sure you know EXACTLY what you want and they'll make it happen. Thanks guys!!
Refit shower room
Really delighted with the work the 21st century boys did. They ripped out a cold dingy and cramped toilet and shower and in it’s place built a light, sleek elegant and warm shower room. They were very tidy, courteous with great quality workmanship and attention to detail. We would highly recommend them.
Outside decking and garden improvements.
Excellent company. Extremely helpful and efficient. They replaced our decking, built a in ground trampoline and bbq table. Brilliant quality of work and all the men were very pleasant. All work was completed on time.
Bathroom refurbish
21st Century Build refurbished our bathroom; including taking away the old suite, re-plastering, tiling, electrics, installing and plumbing new suite, as well as building a custom cabinet and painting. Communication throughout was excellent, Thomas was always on hand to answer any questions, and kept me updated. He even came back to help fix a completely unrelated small issue elsewhere in the flat after I asked his advice on it. We're really happy with the new bathroom, the price was reasonable and it looks great. We'd happily recommend 21st Century Build!
