  Charlie was really friendly, helpful and polite. He explained everything really clearly and showed me the camera footage of the problem drain. The admin person who arranged the appointment and took payment was also friendly and efficient. Can't fault the company, they fixed the problem and I would recommend them.

• Blocked Drain

  My kitchen sink was completely blocked and the smell emanating from it was rancid. I called them and Billy was here within 2 hours. He identified the problem and got to work immediately, despite the blockage being under the manhole in my garden and much more serious than I thought. He took the time to explain everything to me and told me how I could stop it recurring. He also fixed 2 leaks under the sink. Billy was extremely friendly, patient and professional throughout and I really can’t thank him enough. I very highly recommend this company.

• To clear blocked drain located in conservatory.

  Very quick response to our request for their services. Blockage was found to be under concrete floor in conservatory. Gave initial quote for first visit. Found blockage site. Gave quote for second visit which was for digging up concrete to get to drain site. Arrived 2nd day to expose site and clear blockage. Excellent service from all staff concerned. Second days work took less time than expected. Quote was reduced accordingly. I am very pleased with the whole process. Would recommend this company!
