9.5Good point :Punctual, reliable guy. Fair price too . Quick efficient work . Took time to run though settings with me . Not so good point : remote holder install (drill into wall) without consulting me first . I now took it off and had to filler it and paint over. Didnt expect price not include taking the packaging away . (But he did help me to put it all in my bins )
