Crystal Clear Cleaning did a great job in cleaning our very dirty cream cladding. They were polite and friendly and kept us informed about their arrival time. My windows were very dirty as I hadn’t been able to deal with it for a long time. The frames and cills seriously in need of attention. There is also a conservatory, same condition. I could not believe the standard of cleaning from Crystal Clear. It was amazing. Sparkling windows, shining frames and cills. Even my front door had been cleaned. A good choice was made in choosing Richard and his crew. Arrived when he said he would, walked us through the stages of the work, listened to our concerns, cleaned up after themselves, cleaned windows too with purified water. Chaps arrived on time and worked solidly - managed to get the job finished in one day. Were very knowledgeable and did not try to on-sell work such as replacing tiles unnecessarily. Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, polite, smart and completed work to a very high standard. - Risk Assessment and Method Statements are provided for each contract.
- We are highly committed to Health and Safety within the workplace.
- All operatives are paid 'day rates' rather than on a job-by-job basis, which means the clean is not rushed and we do not cut corners.
- Quality Assurance - any area of the service you are unhappy with, a Crystal Clear operative will return to a site immediately to rectify the issue, prior to the release of any payment. This is however extremely rare, due to our quality assurance policy.
