John, the engineer did a very thorough job and checked all the sockets in my basement replacing the ones that needed replacing. He was extremely courteous and punctual and did a really great job. We recently bought two pendant lights for the kitchen table which needed installation. John was very helpful on the phone, I sent him some videos of what was required and he was able to price the job up accurately. On the day he was punctual and completed the work to a high standard and within the time he'd specified. He was very professional and tidy and would defintiely use AC Kinetic again.
