• Replacement boiler

  My 13 year-old boiler started dripping water and I called Alan to sort it out. He managed to fit me in the same day. After assessing it we agreed that die to its age and my neglecting to have it serviced regularly, a replacement was the best option. The price quoted was very reasonable. The installation was done in a couple of hours with the minimum of fuss, everything (packaging, the old boiler etc) was taken away and nothing was left for me to tidy up. Alan even registered the boiler for its guarantee for me. Everything was perfect.

  They turned up promptly to investigate the cause of a gas leak which had resulted in the gas being turned off. Having identified the cause of the leak being the boiler which needed replacing, they were able to isolate it and turn the gas back on.

  I contact Alan on the basis of previous reviews and needed a service check carried out prior to a house sale with very little time to do it before Christmas. Alan was very accommodating to fit me in at short notice and knew exactly what was needed. He turned up on time and undertook the work very professionally
