Repaired multiple leak sites on flat roof and repaired blown rendering
From start to finish Alex managed the works impeccably. He was timely, courteous, explained the required works via photographs evidencing the problems and he was very tidy clearing everything at the end of each day. The workmanship was of a very high standard as evidenced by photos of the completed works. His communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Alex and APK Roofing to anyone.

Repairs to a chimney stack that was leaking
Very pleased with the repairs that Alex made to our chimney stack and he took photos of the work so that we could see what had been done. Alex was reliable and communication was good throughout. Would definitely use APK Roofing again.
Clearing a blocked gutter

Replacing roof flue/terminal
Alex has done a great job replacing the old flat roof terminal for a bathroom ventilation fan. The job was completed on time and with great care. He has also helped me to install bird repellent spikes on the roof ridge. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a roofing job to be done.
Repairs to Roof and chimney stacks
Alex completed work to our Roof and chimney stacks to a very high standard we were very happy with his work and in particular how he always tidied up after every days work was done. He provided photographic evidence before and after each stage of work was completed and we were kept well informed about the work at every stage. We would be very happy to use Alex again for any Roofing need arise should they arise and would happily recommend him to any Friends or Family in the future many thanks Alex Malcolm

Alex did everything we required in a timely and efficient manner. The date is the last work that he has done, but Alex has done a number of jobs for us previously in the past. He turns up when he says he will and is always courteous. The quality or his workmanship is exemplary. Some jobs may seem "too small" but Alex will always provide a realistic quote for the work that is required. The quality of the finished work is excellent.
Mending fascias and loft room roof
We have used Alex several times and he's fantastic. We came across him as he was recommended on a local Facebook group and I'm so pleased we've found him. He's an absolute lifesaver, very professional and skilled, punctual and friendly. Very pleased with all the jobs he's done for us. Highly recommend.
