First class service
What a refreshing experience ! I’ve been messed around a few times over the years with tradesmen. Steve arrived exactly on time and had all the tools needed . He was so quick and efficient, explained everything and did a first class job . He was up in the loft to make sure the Emerson was set correctly and replaced both the switch and timer with a much better one . He tided the wires that were hanging down , so it all looks much better than it was. He was very clean and insisted he hoover the dust he’d made . I feel so relieved now I’ve found him . Replacement of two bathroom extractor fans and light switch
Steve was very helpful, going above and beyond when sorting out the upstairs extract fan; it was over 30 years old, obsolete and too big - Steve made sure the hole in the ceiling was boarded up and followed up the following day with a smaller more efficient model. Great service on electric radiator installation.
Booked Steve to replace a storage heater in my nonagenarian mother's flat with a new electric radiator. The job was completed very neatly and professionally and at reasonable cost. Steve is also very friendly and communicated well and regularly from first contact until the job was completed.
