Richard was excellent. Great communication, relatively quick availability (within two weeks), turned up when he said, did the job considerately and left everything clean and tidy. Richard and team did an amazing job. They were punctual, tidy and really nice to have around. The rising damp problem seems to have been dealt with very thoroughly and the room was smelling better immediately. The PIV was installed in the loft with easy access for cleaning the filter etc. Richard kept me well informed at all stages and made sure I understood what was happening. I have personally specialised in the domestic Damp proofing, Remedial work, Condensation & Mould Industry for over 15 years, offering free estimates and a personal friendly service. Apart from treating rising damp / penetrating damp & timber, we Install many different types & brands of ventilation systems - heat recovery & PIV, also offer Mould cleaning / sterilization & specialist painting when installing mechanical ventilation. Not every Condensation problem will need a system Installed, it could be just a case of upgrading existing extractor fans or adding passive ventilation.
