10Verified ReviewAll windows required spiral replacement and new brushes to insulate and stop rattling. Julian was quick to respond and do a site visit. Great communication of works needed. Julian and Jake carried out the work. They were friendly, professional, timely, efficient, very tidy and the works were completed ahead of the estimated time. Excellent workmanship and I have already recommended to my neighbours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Things Sash.

10Verified ReviewOur decorators found deeper than expected damage on one of the window sills of a Victorian property. All Sash/ Julian were kind enough to squeeze us in and repair the sill which allowed our decorators to continue work on schedule. This was greatly appreciated as we were on a tight timeline with respect to order of work and rental of scaffolding etc.. The sill is repaired and once painted, you'd never know it had been in such a poor state.

10Verified ReviewWhat a pleasure to have Julian and his son (All Things Sash) refurbish all 8 sash windows (including fitting a new frame on one). There were lots of fiddly idiosyncrasies and the odd results of previous poor workmanship to be rectified (e.g. unusual sized lead weights needed), but Julian spent time to find a good solution for everything and bent over backwards to keep the price as low as possible. He kept us fully informed throughout. Both were punctual, tidy, polite, reliable and respectful of our home and -what a fantastic end result! Very, very highly recommended - would always use.

All Things Sash have over 20 years experience in the repair and maintenance of sliding sash windows. We are based in East Preston and work within East and West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
We undertake all sash window repair work, below is a brief list of the typical jobs we do:
- Releasing windows that have been painted shut and getting them sliding again
- Replacing broken sash cords
- Topping up the counter weights for windows that are under weighted and wont stay open
- Servicing windows that are just hard to open, getting them moving freely again
- Draft proofing
- Replacing rotten cills and repairing rot to the frame
- Handling more extensive areas of rot to the actual sash frames and restoring them back to health
- Replacing broken locks and catches
