Replaced blown sealed units and fixed a jamming window.
Pleasant, experienced and efficient fitter. On time (actually, early!). Reasonable cost. Very efficient office processes, proper detailed quotation and billing. Good communication. Overall, very satisfied!8

Replacing five 30-year-old double-glazed windows+frames
Good sales experience (no pushy sales tactics, happy to answer questions and clarify a couple of items - we agreed a few days later) , clear and reasonable prices, fitter arrived when promised. Very minor issue - they'd arranged Monday for fitting - when the fitter arrived, he told us that it had been booked as two days, not just the one. All in all, went fairly smoothly.

Double Glazing Repair

Replacement double glazed window panel
We had a double glazed window in our front porch replaced as the old one had 'blown'. Alpha windows fitted a replacement double glazed panel but Mark , the fitter, noticed a small defect in the unit supplied by the manufacturers and arranged a replacement. This was then supplied and fitted. Excellent job. We would not hesitate to contact Alpha Windows if we need work on our double glazing.

Blown glass and Fire Exit Window replacement
Our second time of using Alpha Windows a local company to us. The quote was very reasonable and we were informed throughout of timings of order and fitting. The fitters worked very quickly and professionally, covering stairs when refitting landing window and then showing us how it slid as our fire escape window
