On calling, immediately offered to come out but was happy to schedule a vist later in the week to suit me. Mark arrived promptly. Very pleasant. Work completed promptly. Double checked that that I could work the new lock, both inside and out. Excellent workmanship. We experienced issues with opening our staff entrance early AM, the same day they were able to come out and visit our GP Practice, and rectify the problem. Got in late and was unable to lock the door. Mark from ALS came promptly, quickly worked out the issue and replaced the faulty part, so the door could be locked. Clear, friendly and fast.
