Alsto-Heat Ltd is a great company, they communicated with me very well. The job was done on time and on budget as agreed. The plumber was very skilled and very tied and did an exceptionally wonderful job. I strongly recommend this company.

They came next day when they said they would. Did job quickly. Had to call back to get handle of tap pointing right way but they came immediately with no fuss and fixed it in two mins. Very good admin person on phone - Amy. Reasonable price.

Fixing leak from kitchen tap

Alsto-Heat responded to my request very quickly and arranged for a plumber to visit within a couple of hours. He inspected the problem and recommended I buy a new tap. I did this and let the office know when I was ready for him to come back and fit it. The whole job from flood to happy customer was sorted within 8 hours. Very happy!
