    A very positive experience! From the “no pressure” informative sales at the start to the snagging list being completed at the end we have been very impressed. Every person who has come to our home has been on time, professional, helpful, accommodating and cheerful. Making sure we were happy with every aspect before “signing us off”. The office based team very quick to respond to emails. We are delighted with the finished product.

    I have used Amazon Windows in the past and have always been pleased with my purchase. However, Installation for this one window was originally quoted as 4 to 6 weeks, but was installed in Week 10! I had to chase the Amazon Installations department for an install date! Sales department and surveyor were good, but the Installations department communications could / should be improved. The actual window installation was excellent, as usual.
