A very prompt service call on Friday to see if my noisy, elderly machine was salvageable (it wasn't) and on Monday delivered and fitted a replacement with no fuss at all at a very keen price. Very knowledgeable and have now asked for a further appliance from Stuart. Highly recommend.

Stuart turned up by appointment to assess fault I had reported. And was quickly able to identify problem. Repaired damaged switch and replaced thermostat, Oven now working fine. Costs fully explained when I first reported fault. Very reasonable.
