Unblocking a dishwasher
Paul was able to get to us within a couple of hours and sort the problem in under an hour. He described the problem, had all the right tools to resolve it, offered ideas to avoid it happening again and left the area clean and tidy. Definitely recommend him to anyone with appliance repair needs.
Repair of Blomberg dishwasher and oven
I called in Appliance Repair Solutions Ltd to look at my dishwasher and oven. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered spare parts. The repair was done in a most professional way and I would recommend this family run business. I would like to add that the admin side of the business was run very efficiently by Paul’s wife who gave excellent customer service. Such a pleasure to use this well run company.
Washing machine repair
My washing machine stopped working mid-cycle. Paul attended very promptly and did an excellent job very quickly. Machine now works perfectly. Outstanding service and very professional. Thank you Paul.
Repair to leaking washing machine.
A flood from the washing machine is just what you don’t want close to Christmas. On the advice of Keymex in Reigate I contacted Appliance Repair Solutions, and engineer Paul managed to fit in a visit the same day, which was unexpectedly good service. He promptly diagnosed and rectified the problem - obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with our make and model. Would recommend.
Fridge Freezer
Rang me to find out the fault. After explaining , the engineer advised me to try a few things and if it didn’t work ring him back and he’ll call round to have a look . What he told me cured the fault . He was so helpful which I’ve found rather rare these days. If I have any problems with any appliance I will be using this company again . Thank you for your help .
