Full refit of family bathroom
Mark designed, sourced and fitted my new bathroom. He kept me informed at all times and he went above and beyond to offer his expert advice on all aspects and make best use of the space. His workmanship is second to none and the finished bathroom is stunning. Fitting of Integrated Washing Machine
I am a previous client and I have also recommended Mark to friends, some of whom have not been happy with him or his work. In December I asked Mark for help with installing a replacement integrated washing machine, the obvious choice having fitted the original kitchen. He was happy to support. Following periods of radio silence, unsubstantiated delays and woeful excuses, Mark let me down on the morning he was due to come, 6th February, just shy of 2 months since he committed to do the work. I'm very disappointed with poor review. I sourced and negotiated with the supplier on price for new integrated washing machine which included delivery. I arranged a fitting date but unfortunately I injured my knee with osteoarthritis, she was unsympathetic

Major house refurbishment
We asked Mark to assist with a full refurbishment of the ground floor, including installing a new kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, garage conversion, new doors and flooring, repairing damaged ceilings and redesigning living room space. Mark was also invaluable in coordinating significant additional trades including major electrical works, central heating and plastering. This was a major body of works and throughout Mark was highly professional, innovative (he had many very helpful suggestions) and very pleasant to have around. Laying of vinyl flooring
Called Mark in to fit new flooring for kitchen. We decide on vinyl click system and the floor needed levelling. He has done a great job on both.
