Brilliant work carried out- back up and running

I put a post on check a trade requesting someone to come and install a new boiler as my old one was deemed beyond repair. Nick contacted me within 20 mins of posting and was round my house within the hour to give me a quote. Due to me having a 3 month old baby he deemed me to be a priority and started the work the following morning at 8.30am which was within 24 hours of my original post. I found Nick and his 2 male members of staff who attended my home to be very professional and friendly. They were very thorough and tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Nick and his staff did an excellent job. Supplied and fitted a new central heating boiler and pump. They also came across a problem which wasn’t their fault and worked tirelessly to resolve it at no extra charge. They were prompt, efficient, tidy, friendly and professional and did a great job.

Boiler was not working and I contacted Nick late in the day, he provided a quick response and agreed a time for the next day with an inital call out estimate. He provided text updates on his arrival time and attend at the agreed time, his swift response and knowledge soon identified and resolved the issue. Thanks for a great service Nick, I will call you with any future plumbing and heating needs.
