5.25 Cleaning of my range oven

Luke completed the job to clean my oven but unfortunately managed to damage my kitchen surfaces with black marks from the strong chemicals. Although very apologetic and happy to share their insurance details, I’m very surprised to still be invoiced only offering a 10% discount for the inconvenience. It has taken me 3 months and a great deal of effort contacting multiple companies for repair, resealing and cleaning. To then be told I’ll need to do all the cleaning myself after electric sanding as their insurance won’t cover. Cannot believe how excellent this Company were. Felt totally dispirited before their arrival. Best points were the Bathroom and kitchen cleaning, particularly the toilet and oven deep clean. Kept in contact with us throughout and nothing was too much trouble to sort out. Recommend without reservation. Carpets were well cleaned and the odour significantly reduced - they were in desperate need of cleaning. The carpets were dry within 2 hours. The next day the rooms smelt fresh and clean and the carpets better than they had for a long period of time. They were kind enough to move the furniture I was unable to do myself. Blue Rose carried out several end of tenancy cleans for us around Southampton this summer and worked extremely efficiently and did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they happily dealt with any minor snags as they arose.
