Planning Application and Stopping Up for Terrace Extension
I wanted a significant terrace extension and Monika at BPDL advised me and made all the necessary arrangements and drawings required to allow my terrace extension to go ahead. This included the full planning application and a subsequent amendment to the drawings following a minor change to the design. Stopping up was also required for this extension and the application was made by BPDL. Excellent service and I highly recommend BPDL for the work they did for me.
Converted Garage into Bedroom and en-suite
Monika was very efficient , knowledgeable and very easy to chat to with ideas and problem solving . Project ran smoothly , and would highly recommend Monika.
Removing a load bearing internal wall
We are looking into removing one of our internal walls and needed a professional advice. I would highly recommend Monika, she is very speedy, straight to the point, she gave us lots of advice and explained step by step the process. She is very organised and reliable. She recommended a structural engineer and also submitted the building application on our behalf. We will use her services again in the future.
Drew up plans and took through planning process including conservation requirements

Draw up plans for planning permission
From day one Monika has given us the confidence she knows what she is doing. She has communicated with us at every point and is very helpful. I would use her again and refer her to friends and family without any reservations.
Planning permission application
Monika was recommended to me and I know why, she help me submitting a planning application for a driveway and I didn't know where to start. She prepared the drawing and submit the application for me. All I had to do was to pay :). She answered all my questions and help me a great deal to understand a process I had to follow. Highly recommend her.
Design a plan and submit documents for a crossover
They were very effective and efficient on the job. Very punctual and worked quickly. They did all the drawings to a very high standard and were meticulous in making sure the required documents were submitted with the drawings to get a successful approval. Excellent job, well done.

We are very happy with their friendly and helpful cooperation. I recommend them to everyone. They do their job perfect.
Restructure of our downstairs living space
Monika did a great job with our house restructure. She was incredibly prompt in getting plans to us and led us through each step of the process telling us what needed doing and when. We also made slight alterations to the plan which she turned around for us overnight so that the building work was not delayed.
