Emergency Leak
I had an emergency leak in my bedroom ceiling, so I called Buildings and Restorations Ltd. They attended site the same day and provided a quotation for some minor roof repairs to Lead work. They were very reasonably priced and the work was completed to a very high standard. Thank you very much for the quick work and we will definitely use you again.
Felting and re-tiling of pitched roof, lead flashings, replacement of eaves facia board and gutter, reconstruction of external decorative plaster work
The work has been carried out beautifully. I was kept informed at every stage - before, during works and after completion with regular meetings and constant photographic updates. Every expenditure was explained and the finished result is of a consistently high quality. I have no hesitation in recommending these contractors and their work.
GRP Roof replacement
After being let down by other builders it was a great relief to deal with Dave and Lee in sorting the problems with the flat roof at my property. Professional from start to finish, they gave regular updates of the progress, including images. Most importantly the standard of the finish on the GRP roof is fantastic. Reassuring all round. Very impressed and highly recommend them.

130m sq GRP fibreglass roof installation
We had a 130m sq GRP fibreglass roof installed by barl, great workmanship and excellent communications throughout. They also built a timber box and applied GRP fibreglass to hide a water tank that is located on the roof. We are very pleased with the work and have also instructed them to install a glass balustrade to the roof perimeter. We fully recommend this company, it has been a pleasure to work with you.
Exterior House Decoration
Really happy with the exterior decoration, my property looks amazing. The team worked very hard and were very professional throughout. The standard of work conducted is very high and we are extremely happy. I have recommended to friends and family and will most certainly have them back soon to conduct some roofing repairs.

Sash Window Replacement
Extremely good quality and installation. We had 7x Sash Windows replaced to the front of the house all made to measure. We have used this company before and we will definitely use them again as this company are great to deal with, we fully recommend.
