I'd say the main priority for an alarm company is trust and I wasn't disappointed. The work was carried out very efficiently. Sam and Andrew arrived when they said they would and plenty of notice was given as to when they'd be at my address. I received some great and honest advice as well as something to think about in terms of an upgrade but there was no hard sell. This company has been nothing but excellent and I would highly recommend it. Cactus Security recently installed a CCTV system on my home. From the point of quotation to install everything ran smoothly. I was given various options and advice during the quotation process. The company owner (Lawrence) and his engineer (Connor) were prompt, courteous and efficient. I'm now in my 70s and wanted a new system that was easy/straightforward to use and Connor was clear and patient in making sure I understood it without ever being patronising. Their service was exceptional because other tradespeople I have used in recent years come nowhere near their high standards. Lawrence was extremely helpful with his advice . The quote was reasonable and when the team arrived to do the installation they were well prepared, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
