10The thermastat was not working therefore no heating. It was fixed.

10I had hot water but no heating. My flat was freezing! David was able to come the same day I called, arrived at the agreed time and quickly got to the root of the problem with my boiler. He explained clearly what needed to be done and the cost of doing it before proceeding with the work. Successful repair and a happy customer (and thankfully a warm one too)

10The engineer came and assessed the issue and informed me that new parts were required. He gave me a reasonable quote to supply the parts and fix the boiler. He had the job completed by the end of the day and the boiler back in good working condition. He did a good job, easy to deal with without too much fuss.
