Researching cause of gas leak on an old boiler. Problem found but part needed to repair obsolete.
Matt is a top guy. Turned up at agreed time and is polite, knowledgeable and straightforward. Easy to communicate with and has a no nonsense style of working. He thought outside the box and suggested we test something overnight to see if it confirmed what he had diagnosed. The boiler is at least 30 years old and his diagnosis was correct. We will definitely use Matt again and in fact have already asked him to quote for some further work to be done.

Matt was outstanding. He reposnded to the Checkatrade enquiry with a personal phone call within an hour and was able to offer a next-day appointment there and then. He arrived early, which was not a problem at all, and proceeded to carry out the zone valve replacements in a swift and efficient manner. He didn't stop for the 2 hours he was with us, explained what he was doing, how and why, advised on another issue, and was so curteous throughout. Matt left eveything in immaculate condition and in full working order. The invoice was created and sent immediately on completion.
