    10/10 I had some things that needed repeating and also things that may have been silly questions that needed to be asked but he was so patient and really a great explainer. I also needed to change dates and he was great with adapting to my needs & he made me feel reassured and happy with everything. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

    One thing we quickly realised was that Dave is passionate about his work. You will get the best quality that he can give you. When Dave said he would do it, it didn't always mean he did it himself, he would bring in experts in that particular area, brick laying, electrics, plastering etc. When he was in control, people arrived more or less on time and things got done. When we brought someone else in, we got delays. I would recommend asking for a project plan. We didn't and it was confusing at times, when there seemed to unexpected delays.
