• Locked myself out

  Gary and Simon are both incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Can’t thank them enough for helping me when I was locked out of my house and calling me back when they say they will. They sent one of their guys round and gave me an estimated time of arrival and he got me in and tidied up after. Very impressed as it was a high security lock with the key in the lock on the inside. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them.

  I contacted Simon as I had used his company previously. He turned up on time after contacting to let me know he was local. I was grateful to him coming on a Saturday as I work during the week. He diagnosed the problem quickly ( my son had wedged a coin in part of the lock ) and quickly fixed it. I thought the job would cost significantly more and he charged me a very reasonable price. He cleared up afterwards and was a pleasure to have in my house. Thank you Simon !

• 3 locks changed including yale and mortice on new property

  Everything went really smoothly. I popped into the shop to enquire and then emailed some photos of my locks and was given a quote. Brilliant communication. Booked in for the next day. Simon turned up on time and did a really good job. He couldn't fit the new escutcheon because of holes already existing in the old door but managed to find one in his van that had holes in a different place and I love the look of. He changed all three locks in just over an hour. Very helpful, tidy and good workmanship. Would use again.
