Chris White

Hi my name is Chris White and I have been trading as sole trader for just over 10 years.

I took my first steps into plumbing in 1982 when I found a job in a local plumbing firm as their stores person..

In 1983 I requested to be allowed to go college to do a plumbing apprenticeship ; however I was told that I would not be paid for the days I attended college and I would have to self fund the course. So I subsequently condensed a four year course into two years to allow me to progress much quicker.

In 1995 I took and funded my gas qualifications to allow me to expand my services and skills

Since then I have worked for various companies inc North and South Kesteven County Council , British Gas , Mowlem , Daubney and Enterprise

When working for Mowlem , Daubney and Enterprise I was carrying out plumbing and heating repair and installation works in the residential dwellings on behalf of the Ministry of Defence on all their bases throughout the Midlands .

I left this position to start up on my own , as I say just over 10 years ago.

My Goal is to provide a first class service , to be reliable and trust worthy and to TURN UP when the customer expects me to !! 

I can offer all aspects of plumbing work from repair to installation , no job is too small !  My rates are competitive and my work second to none ..

One thing that I have learnt over the years is that trades people forget that they are entering into someones personal environment and they need to be appreciative of this . A big part of any job is having the customer happy for you to be in there in the first place . Even as a trades man myself when I have other people in my house to work it is strange !!

I am fortunate to have a wonderful wife ,two wonderful grown up kids and two incredible grand children . These are what keep me grounded !

I will never be rich in a monetary way but in life I am ..
