  We have used Craig in the past for central heating and relocation of gas pipes. This time we used his plumbing skills. He is extremely conscientious, polite and does excellent work. He explains everything and gives all options available. Always does what he says in the timeframe advised. Excellent communication. Highly recommended. Thanks Craig

  Leaking shower mixer bar.

  Craig fitted our job in as he had a cancellation which we were so grateful for. Such a responsive company. I was kept informed and clear options given. Price quoted is what I paid. I would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation

  Highly recommended. Craig is extremely reliable, professional, courteous and honest. Good communication, always answers/returns calls quickly. Inspected and discussed what needed doing and happily explained all possible options. Provided detailed quote, good price. Arrived promptly, worked efficiently and quickly, tidied up perfectly. When later I had a problem (related to pipework carried out by someone else previously) he came out of his way within a very short time to sort it out for me, diagnosed and did the necessary work quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated.   Craig worked with dedication and skill on the jobs we agreed he’d do and I’m delighted with the finished work. He worked long hours to complete work on time and helped resolve issues as they arose without being asked or demanding large amounts of extra money.   2 ballcocks removed and installed new. Very difficult location

  Craig turned up bang on time, with the ballcocks already purchased, got to work straight away in a very difficult location, never complained once. Completed the job in under an hour, no problems, very courteous and cleaned up and took the old ballcocks away himself for disposal. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Very satisfied customer. Well done Craig, a credit to your profession.

  Boiler service and heating 2-port valve replaced.

  Quickly and efficiently diagnosed problem with the hot water system and replaced the faulty part. Boiler service also carried out as requested. Great job and thanks!
