I may not be the cheapest window cleaner - I don't pretend to be - but I genuinely try to be the best in terms of quality of work, reliability, honesty and courtesy.
Work method: Ladder and bucket, rather than the waterfed pole system, as I like to get close up to the upstairs windows
Work undertaken: Window cleaning (including frames and sills as standard) and gutter clearance.
I always act in the customer's interest. This is what makes me feel good! As such, with my sufficient hourly rate, I am always looking at how to save the customer money, instead of trying to augment the job/cost.
It is for this reason that my regular customers stay for years (more than 10 years on average).
Whilst I like to get regular work, I am perfectly happy to do one-off cleans.
About my feedback reports:
1) You will only find excellent feedback, however far back you look. This is not a coincidence; I only ever do a superb job, and pleasantly so. Customers have been universally delighted with my work for 20 years because of my strict adherence always only to act in the customer's interest. It's as simple as that.
2) I don't get a great many feedback cards over the year because I only tend to ask new customers for feedback requests rather that bother my regular customers. This means that during periods when I have fewer feedback reports, I've been too busy to take on new work.
Hoping to hear from you.
Cobham, East and West Molesey, Esher, Oxshott, South Kingston, Surbiton, Walton, Weybridge and areas inbetween. I don't clean in Epsom, Ashtead and Leatherhead.
