Formed in 2016 Clear Space Solutions aims to provide you with cost effective clearance of your household and trade waste materials.
Clear Space owner Darrin Connor worked at Plant Movements Ltd for 16 Years as a Project Manager (CPCS/CSCS Appointed Person/Lifting Supervisor) and managed major projects all over the country within the construction industry. These projects involved the lifting, transportation and installation of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment - and the removal of redundant plant.
Prior to this Darrin worked for Plant Handling Services as slinger/signaller for 11 years. He has a total of 27 years’ experience in the sector.
Darrins son Steven Connor joined the company in October 2017 a valued member of staff.

Removal and proper disposal of large and heavy TV and stand
The job was undertaken on the date and time agreed (important as new equipment was due later that day) and for the sum agreed in advance. It was conducted very carefully and as a result a potentially difficult job for us was made easy!

Brilliant team,Darrin kept me informed of collection time and date that I chose which is important when I work full time .Darrin and colleague on time, very polite, did not take long and swept the area after removing any excess. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend.
House and garden refuse clearance
This is third time I have used this company. And the quality of their service has been just high on all three occasions. They are punctual, efficient, very professional, so helpful and very, very nice and sweep up the area afterwards, which is a really nice touch. I really can’t recommend Clear Space highly enough. As soon as I have some more waste to be removed, I won’t be using anyone else. Fabulous company and service.
