  Throughout the company was friendly and we kept chatting to arrange the best time to get the job done (Some scaffolding was delaying the works) but that was sorted and the guys who did the fitting rattled through it at a machine like pace meaning everything was completed in a few hours and the final result is great! Considering the windows hadn't been changed sine 1986! Yep, they definitely needed an upgrade and the fitters managed to keep my bathroom tiles intact as they were at risk of falling during the fitting, so great job all round.

• 3 months to do 1 window, damaged new flooring

  Company was contacted in April to install one window and replace glass and hinge in another. Window wasn’t installed until July- Took apprx3 months to do it and had to measure the windows 3 times during that time. When doing the job, despite warnings and some even covers laid to protect the floors, the installers managed to damage a brand new wood floor put down the week before when handling a glass panel. They were also paid to replace a hinge on one window which has since broken. Incorrect invoice issued at one point, late appointment arrivals. Disgraceful and careless treatment overall
