Jet Washing backyard patio and path

Garden Clearance
Incredible job from start to finish in one day only. Terry and his team team were professional and cleared the way for easy wheel chair access to and from the house.

Gutter cleaning
Obtained a quote to have gutters cleaned, after using Croydon Property Maintenance for another job. The price for the gutters was confirmed in writing by Terry, however when I tried to arrange a date for the job, he first told me he’d get back to me with availability , which he didn’t do and then he told he couldn’t do the job at the price he had confirmed. I found them to be unreliable, time wasters and unethical. I would not recommend or use them again.
Remove old lawn, join new piece of land, level garden apply new turf, build patio and seating area
A really friendly company who stuck to quote and did some extra work with no questions or additional cost. All workmen were pleasant and even the extras were not too much for them. Really pleased with all aspects of the landscape, patio and garden seating. Would recommend them for price, professionalism, courtesy and a job well done. Left the property clean and tidy.
New driveway, fence, wall, side gate, guttering and paved area
They were proactive throughout the works and listened to our views. The work was of a very high standard and undertaken in skilled and professional way. We had used Croydon Property before for smaller fencing replacement works and were impressed by their workmanship. This job was significantly more work and was completed on time (despite the weather). We would recommend them without hesitation. Several of our neighbours commented on and were impressed by the hard work of their operatives
