I couldn't be more delighted with the quality of the products, the level of service, and the efficiency of the fitting. There was a good selection of doors to choose from and the time between placing the order and having the doors fitted was swift.The whole process was simple. Everyone I interacted with was clear and helpful - they delivered what was promised. I'd happily use Custom Choice again, and would certainly reccomend them.

Work done to high standard and workmen very polite. Went out of his way to get us the custom choice of door frame and when there was a colour problem with the trim they went away and got it sorted quickly.

The windows arrived in advance of our tight deadline and were fitted perfectly within half a day by Brian, who worked throughout in foul weather conditions. We would recommend them to others without question.

Unfortunately it would seem that their after sales service is poor. I have had 3 visits for some of the windows becoming difficult to close. The latest one fixed today was due to incorrect parts being used to heel and toe the glazing unit as was the previous one. I asked in view of these problems that they should check the rest of the windows. They declined as they would have to pay the fitter. I offered to pay for the fitter myself if he found no issues with the other windows. They declined my offer which would suggest they expected to find the same issues again. Their answer was are the windows currently faulty? They are working but may fail if the units are not fitted correctly. So instead of one visit which might take one hour they'll have to make a call every time one fails. I'm sure if the owners car had been fitted with sub standard parts he want them changed. My windows are no different. Nothing wrong with the product just the fitting and service. My advice is by them elsewhere.
The customer placed an order to replace 6 windows for the front of his house on 03.12.18 Upon completion of the installation they placed an order for the remaining windows and a front door. We were also asked if we could replace some sealed units from a previous installer, which we did. On both occasions our Satisfaction Note was signed. The customer reported a snag and a service call was booked for him. We identified the issue (a packer had dropped) and made the necessary adjustment. Despite no other issues from any of the windows we were asked to remove every glass unit to check for the same issue, which we declined. At CCW we are proud of our 10 year Insurance Backed Guarantee and we also offer a 10 year warranty. We always respond to service calls which we carry out in a timely manner.
