DEP Building Services - A family run firm with 30 years experience working in the Warlingham, Oxted, Woldingham & Reigate areas. We are a team of 8 - 14 builders at your service for your larger projects and pride ourselves on being able to complete on schedule.
DEP Building Services, led by Dave Evans, is based in Caterham, Surrey and primarily works in surrounding areas such as Woldingham, Warlingham, Oxted and Reigate. We have a large selection of satisfied customers in these areas and can provide a selection of personal references upon request. We specialise in work in the following areas

Bedroom decoration: preparing/priming/painting walls, skirting, coving, windows, and architraves.
We carried on with DEP to complete the decorating of the bedroom they have been modernising over the past couple of months. Dave and his team worked with us around lead times for the materials we wanted put in; in particular there was an issue with the production of the plaster coving that delayed the project. The works were completed to a high standard and we continue to be happy with their services. Will not hesitate to keep hiring them for future works, and would continue to recommend them.
Bathroom rip out, new toilet and shower with sink installed, new plaster and decorating
Dave and his team carried out this job wonderfully. Every step taken was to high standards and we was kept in the loop throughout this job. It was completed to perfection and Dave and his team have done an amazing job, will be using again
5 internal doors re hung
David and his team was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them
New kitchen

Insulating interior side of exterior wall, laying new flooring, plastering, new door liner
Part of ongoing work modernising our 30s semi, Dave and his team have continued on a bedroom, including structural work to a wall, new insulation, plasterboard and plaster (including new rendering at the top and bottom of the walls), new flooring, among other things; as well as smaller works in other parts of the house, including a new door liner and infilling a fireplace, and a new interior door. They continue to be easy to work with, clean, and prompt; and communication remains great across various areas of the project. Will hire them again in the future and continue to recommend!
Renovation of downstairs, including removal of two walls, rewire, new kitchen and bathroom.
The work is ongoing but so far we've been delighted with the work of Dave, Carl and the rest of the team. The skill, care and pride is very impressive and we've really appreciated their attention to detail. We are hoping they'll do upstairs next...
