Re-construction of loft and new flat roofs
I highly commend Dani and the team for a very professional, reliable and honest service. The industry is littered with Cowboys and finding genuine and honest individuals in the building trade is priceless. Work completed to a high standard and within the agreed budget. With building work, problems are inevitable and my project was no exception. Each issue was discussed and explained and where necessary, we agreed any additional cost so there were no misunderstandings. All trades are employed by Design and Build which means they all work with the same purpose and passion. Highly recommended.
External insulation plus new rendering
I was very pleased with the work carried out which was to a good standard. The workforce were very polite and friendly . I would certainly use them again.

Garden works and outdoor building construction including demolition of existing garage
This was the second large job that Dani and his team have completed at my house. They completed landscaping works to my garden, built a purpose build outdoor office for garden and demolished an existing garage. The team were reliable and provided high quality workmanship. They were also available to discuss any issues or changes that I wanted to make. They were fair on pricing and there were no hidden costs. I was extremely pleased with work and would highly recommend Dani and his team.
Renew two ceilings. Replaster walls. Paint and decorate two rooms.
I would like to thank Dani and Design and Build Builders for the very professional and efficient way that recent work was carried out at my home. I had two ceilings replaced and two rooms replastered and decorated, potentially a very messy job, using a number of different trades. Each step was carried out in a professional way to a very high standard, by workmen that were polite and helpful. The clean up at the end was very thorough and any queries were dealt with quickly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and I will return to them when I need more work carried out.
