    I have used Domestec several times now and being a landlord it is important to have reliable service and attention especially when not on site. They dealt with the tenants perfectly and communicated their times and delivery date to them so as to ensure replacement of faulty unit with new. Not used any other company and will recommend highly.

    Right from the start it was a pleasure to deal with domestec. They answered emails quickly and were able to book me in soon for the first assessment and then when the parts were in. The 2 engineers were friendly and courteous. My only feedback is that I went to check the machine before the engineer left and found some screws and a tool left behind, meaning he didn't check the work area before he left. Other than that it has been great to work with domestec and I will use them again if needed.
