  The dishwasher was not working a it should so rang Domestec. The engineer arrived on the arranged day and gave the machine a thorough examination. He repaired the fault but the company gave us time to ensure that the machine now works as it should before requesting payment. Brilliant service throughout with clear explanations. Would happily use them again.

  Efficient call handling, dealing with fault description and repair process carefully explained. Engineer arrived promptly, diagnosed fault quickly and a Quotation offered clearly setting out the costs and options. A very slight delay to await parts, however overall a very efficient and excellent service.

  Repair to Zanussi Washer/Dryer

  Very efficient booking process and engineer called the next working day. The engineer arrived as advised and was very polite and efficient, identifying the problem with our machine. Carried out the replacement of the damaged part there and then and the job was completed in less than half an hour. Extremely pleased with Domestec.

  Great service, easy to book, engineer arrived on time and gave us good advice as well as sorting out the problem. All round professional service. All costs made very clear at the booking stage. Would happily use again.

  Washing machine fixed

  Repair man was polite and kind and efficient with figuring out the problem and replacing a broken part, plus checked general health of washing machine. Happy to talk through what he was doing and general information. I know nothing about technology so really helpful. Cheapest option too. Would definitely use again!

  Dishwasher repair

  Our dishwasher stopped working so called Domestec. They checked the dishwasher and advised that a new circuit board was needed - approx £260 plus VAT. We declined and decided to buy a new one. This did not work once fitted - the electric socket was checked and found to be burnt out. The dishwasher worked perfectly when plugged into another socket. Why was the socket not checked by Domestec ? We don't know if we disposed of a completely good dishwasher
