Alex responded quickly and was able to fix my leaking boiler at short notice. When an unexpected issue came up during the service he sourced a cheap part and came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. Alex was great from start to finish. I had a complete refurbishment which included removal of my old combi boiler and replaced with system boiler with a water cylinder. Even when I had changes required as part of my building project (switching from radiators to underfloor heating) he was was happy to accommodate this change. He has kept in touch post build when I've had questions about the installation and has resolved any issues I was having very quickly. Alex did an amazing job replacing an old system boiler with a combi boiler, adapting to the limited space available. He replaced most of the pipework around the boiler to ensure the best final result while also clearing all left over pipes and tank from the loft despite cramped conditions and installing a smart Nest thermostat. The result is a state of the art installation, with a boiler perfectly installed and an extremely well done pipework, putting an end to years of problems with the previous installation. We were very pleased with the work carried out. Alex and his assistant were cuteous and worked hard all day. The boiler was moved to the new location.
