Great communication with Craig from Dunelm Security Systems on required day. His overall manner gave us great confidence in his ability and we were not disappointed. Craig proved to be very experienced and capable, especially when it came to tracking down an alarm contact on a toilet that did not exist! he found it though, a previous contractor had moved the contact to another door. He is extremely sociable and above all has a lot patience especially with my wife keep asking questions.
