  • Radiator replacement and removal

    The guys did a great job at replacing an old large radiator and removing another one completely. The job took longer than agreed but that's because of my old system not being balanced which they discovered. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time, which will be to do a power flush to the entire system. Thanks again

    Tbh the installation was a complete mess. Danny arrived late, removed the rads but didn’t turn off the water so the floor was a complete mess. We agreed on a price but charged a much higher price after the work was completed. After installing the two rads, one didn’t work and Danny started messing around with my boiler and pipes but wasn’t able to fix the issue. Next day, I realised the hot water wasn't working either so I called them back, Danny blamed my system and said I needed to replace the entire system because it was old, even though everything was working before he touched it.

    Came to inspect the job promptly on the same day of posting the issue. During inspection was offered to stop the leak for £80 and then replace for £250. There was a slight miscommunication as I thought we’d agreed just to leave the leak until the radiator was replaced. However, they continued to remove the radiator to stop the leak. We did then agree £50. They came to install the new radiator 4 days later. Initially planned for around midday but didn’t arrive until 2-3pm. Once here they did get on with the work swiftly and left the area tidy.

    Toilet kept flowing for a minute or two after flush, so I called this plumber to have a look. Danny arrived late and it took him less than 1 minute to fix it by simply adjusting the inlet valve by hand. £85 cost. I paid him without thinking and should have haggled the price.
