  An absolute brilliant company to have working kind polite workers really friendly to everyone including the neighbors had a neighbor kick off because of the loud noise she then later complained about the outside of her car they cleaned the whole outside of her car free of charge and offered her a 15% discount on any work she was having carried out since the neighbors have seen my drive and patio and seen how professional and fast they are they have now decided to have some work carried out I have had my front drive and back patio power washed and sand reapplied and it's looking fantastic

  Pete and he's team arrived on time very freindy and plesent I made a few changes along the way and wasn't a problem very professional very clean and tidy got the job done to a very high standard in quick time very pleased definitely would highly recommend wouldn't go else were thanks again Pete and the lads at empire

• Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

  This company will say everything you want to hear but will not deliver. They don't ask for money upfront but 2 hours before they finish on the last, they will ask for the outstanding balance. However, they need to come back 2 weeks after for final sanding and sealing but at this point they won't even pick up the phone as they've got all your money. Poor quality job with terrible finish. They weren't so bad until they got your money and once they have then comnpletely unprofessional. I did what I thought was duligence by speaking to previous clients, getting email invoice but still got conned.

  Robert to a sweet talker who will take any job up and agree to everything beforehand. However when it comes to doing the work, he will cut corners to save a few bucks. Things like stabilising the ground - not done, creating a proper soak-way - not done (he just dug a small hole, and filled with rubble), no foundation for wall, and many more. When this was mentioned, he turned very aggressive, started swearing and using threatening behaviour and demanded that he be paid for work that he has not done properly and leaving the site a mess - so no one else will touch it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

  Rob did my driveway and gave me a 10 year guarantee for works. He said nothing is to be paid upfront until the job was completed and I am happy. He delayed starting the job by 2 weeks and when started on day 1 was ringing me at work because he needed to buy material like sand to complete my job. I was stuck so sent him £500 online. The driveway was laid VERY POORLY to which he sent his staff to re-cement the sides once. One year on the drive is coming apart from one side and he is saying we pay more money to secure that side. They are now not answering my calls or messages. Do not use this company!!!

  Over the moon with the work, these guys work the hours they say they will, and actually turn up on the days too!! Sounds simple but in tgis game its a big thing for me. Ive used snother company for my projects loyally for the past 4 years but after seeing work done for a family member I gave tgem ago. Im now using these for ALL future projects because in this cost of living crisis timales and workers that turn up ontime and stick to quotes is a rare thing. To put it simply THESE GUYS DELIVER
